It's a magnolia tree, found in Roanoke in front of the Jefferson Center. A story on what I was doing in Roanoke will soon follow.

oh, me, too! it is always love at first sight here when spring rolls into the landscape, and the affair lasts until summer arrives when the perennials and lilies steal my affection!
