Sex Change

Okay. Do I have your attention?
After two long posts in two days, I’m ready for some blog-lite. A photo will do just fine. Do you notice anything strange about this one? Remember the flash cards we played with as kids of faces, upper bodies, and lower bodies? The object of the fun was to mix up the cards in unlikely orders.
Shall I tell you the secret to the photo?
It’s actually 3 photos lined up to look like one. It’s my head, my Asheville potter son who loves the Red Sox’s upper body, and my husband’s lower body.
Now I know what I’d look like if I was a man. It’s almost too weird to look at. But I always did want to be taller.

Neat photo(s?) but yeah, the big hands and long arms sort of weird me out connected to your head. :-}

Can you tell us why you/husband are holding your fly in a "comma" position?

I think my husband was trying to make his hands obvious so he could line them up with my son's arms. We took the 3 snapshots with the same background and line-up knowing we were going to mix and match. Otherwise... he's trying to look macho?? Actually, I think it looks more like a parenthesis.

You're cute no matter your sex.
Do you remember the cook-out years ago (I think you were home for this one), when Molly and her friend Sarah did the funny skit using Molly's body and Sarah's arms? It was funny! Sarah was in a big sack behind Molly.
I wish I could post pictures so you could see it again.

Thats a great shot, at first glance I missed the obvious thinking it was a lighter stripe on the wall and you just bunching up your jeans. That doesn't speak well for my observation skills, especialy since I dabble in photography, feeling sheepish. I am here via Micheles meet n greet.
cheers

Wow, that's a fun experiment. You did well in the photoshopping.You are comprised in part of your family so it works well symbolically too.

I've never seen you do a meme, but I tagged for one about books. Let me know if you aren't interested in doing it.

No photo shop here. Just an old fashion instamatic camera. 3 pictures taken against the same background...then the pictures were arranged in this order and then I snapped a picture of that, which was spread out on my red checked table clothed picnic table. Sounds complicated, but not really.
