better your cupboard than tea cup running over. it's such a self-sufficiency to see the earth where plates come from. it must be a very similar gratifyingness as growing ones own food.
In the beginning I wanted a full set too but he makes different pots for every firing and every year he'd bring home completely different pieces for Christmas and such, so I had to give up the idea of anything matching.
Who wants matching pots with all those beautiful shapes, colors, and sizes to keep the eye busy? Having matching pots is sort of like having fiction or poetry by only one writer in your house! How boring!!

Yes, nearly every piece shown. The tea cups and tea pots are his. The cobalt Celtic mug and cobalt teapot (gift from my sister) aren't his.
