Self portrait in Puddle
Without a paddle she straddles the middle of a puddle as if it was a pond and she was a traveler bigger than Gulliver.
She ponders the riddle that looks like a doodle reflected in shadow in the muddled oracle.
She dawdles a little before she settles hands on handles and feet on pedals.
She splashes as she cycles through the sun drenched puddles. With sprinkles on her ankles, she giggles as she goes.
Post notes: These photos were taken at First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago. The thrid one is actually my husband Joe's shadow. More from that trip is HERE.

Oh yes! I love these. You do wonderful work. I have a lot of self portraits I've made into haiga. They're published in two journals. We seem to be our own best subjects, eh?:-)
I got your email. Fingers not following central command right now so will reply. So much to say in response. Wish we could put a direct wire from our brains to the computer and dictate from there. A photo straight from the brain right now might look like this lol.

Ohmigosh, I love these pictures!!!! Especially the second one, where the foam looks like little ghosts!! That is so awesome!!!!

Very neat! Some look like skeletons and others like amoebas..and a leopard face in the bottom middle!
