Don't be cowed, bake your own pumpkin pie in your free time?

hello from Houston. I am so enjoying your lovely blog.
Your story of your brothers was very moving.

A while ago my family and I were riding up to North Carolina from Florida. My wife was really enjoying the side show of farmland and cows and commented on how it made her feel relaxed and contented.

We talked about how everything is getting electronic now-a-days and if they made cows computerized all you would get is a blank stare (steer)!

Nice to hear from you Stuart, a fellow former Hullonian. Maybe I should title this one "got milk?"

Pearl, that's cool how you tied them all together. They are all shots from my yard or neighborhood.

WONDERFUL pictures and perfect words to go with them...I LOVE all those "perfect" pumpkins all lined up! But my favorite are the cows! I LOVE Cows!

I must start working on my pumpkin post.
So far I've got seven growing.

What a great series. And I love how you capture the photos with such appropriate phrases.

Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate your kind words of support. I agree with you completely, a robust political discussion is wonderful. Petty and disrespectful behavior serves no purpose.
I'll be blogrolling you and checking in!

aahhhh!!!! PUMPKINS!

I love the harvest, oh, how I love it. You make me want to leave this town immediately and head for the hills!

Couldn't have said it better, even with 1000 words.

I love this time of year.

Cute pics! I see you are from Hull originally. I live in Boston. I do a blog for baby boomers, if you know anyone who qualifies!
