I'm taking a wild guess and going for the eyebrow thing, only because your eyebrows look very normal in the photo... although you could dye the white one I suppose...

My vote is that you do not have one white eyebrow. Although, I understand how it could happen. I have a spot in my eyebrow where the hair doesn't grow because of a scar.
